Porsche - Timeless

Ferdinand Porsche actually designed the first Volkswagen Beetle, but nothing of note happened to the Porsche brand until after World War II, when Ferdinand's son, Ferry decided to build his own car, because he couldn't find one he wanted to buy. The first Porsche 356 was built out of that. Ferdinand was in prison on suspicion of war crimes, and Ferry helped the company through its toughest times until his father's release in 1947, when the 356 was finally released as a road car, and the rest is history.
